We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and is able to work well with our team to accomplish our goals. This is a full time position. You must be willing to work long stressful hours and some weekends. This position WILL have overtime in the summer season and we need someone that CAN work those extra hours. This is not a seasonal job but could become part-time in our slow months. Will train the right candidate. Some experience a plus and need to have good customer service skills, as well as knowledge with computers. Eligible candidate must be reliable, dependable, and punctual. Must also be able to multi-task, and work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Answering heavy phone call volumes.
-Scheduling technicians for calls.
-Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, and the internet.
-Excellent written and verbal skills – MUST be able to spell and use proper punctuation.
-Strong organizational and time management skills – Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
-Able to perform basic office duties and be able to assist with filing.
-Detailed and highly organized with the ability to handle difficult calls in a mature, and professional manner.
-Must be polite, outgoing, and have a friendly demeanor.

-MUST be able to type by touch.
-MUST be a NON-SMOKER.
-MUST live within our Service Area and have own reliable transportation.
-MUST be able to concentrate on your assigned job and NOT on personal issues or cell phone.
-MUST be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
-MUST maintain a clean appearance.
