“Our 1.5 ton air handler system developed a leak in the evaporator coil. None of the HVAC suppliers had an exact replacement coil for our system. I spoke with Reid about my options. He stated that even if we could find a replacement coil it would only be warrantied for one (1) year. However, if we replaced the entire air handler we would have a five (5) year factory warranty (parts and labor) should it fail.

Jerad topped off our system with refrigerant to keep us in cool air while we waited for the new system to arrive from manufacturer’s supply company. That took about a week. Reid’s kept me informed and once the system had arrived at their shop they called and set up an appointment for the work.

The crew showed up on time, performed the work required, and our system is now operating as it should. The crew cleaned up the area, hauled off the old system, and tested both the cooling and heating to assure me all was working.”

Their technicians are very competent, professional and responsive. Mr Reid, the owner even came out one time when all of his techs were on calls and fixed our air because it was so hot. Sorry, this is an edit to first post. Forgot to let everyone know about Greg our AC tech. We have had Greg before and he is great. He explained what we needed, how he was going to repair it and asked if we had any questions. He even inquired about the last time he came and remembered exactly the service he performed. He also checked our air filter to make sure it was the right one as we had an issue with using the wrong one before. Long story short, Thankyou Greg for going above.”
